Hamza Hashmi is a Partner in the firm. He did his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Institute of Business Management and thereafter completed his LLB from University of London. He was associated with top ranked law firms based in Karachi where he gained substantial experience of litigation in taxation, civil and commercial along with arbitration and legal documentation. Mr. Hashmi, has around five years of experience in contentious and non-contentious legal work in the areas of civil litigation, constitutional law, tax law, customs law, company law, Labor law, telecommunication law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, banking and finance law, international law etc.

He has rendered advice to various corporate businesses in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, antitrust/competition law and also international law.

Mr. Hashmi, is currently assisting the firm in Honorable High Court and the District Court and also appears extensively before the Labor Court, Income Tax and Sales Tax Tribunal. He has assisted Mr. Justice (R) AtherSaeed in arbitration proceedings of The New Islamabad Airport and Brexin Company. Further, he also teaches Business Law at Universities, as a visiting faculty.
